Taiwanese Drama “Light the Night” on Netflix
The series is set in the 1980s and revolves around Light, a Japanese-style nightclub in Taipei’s red-light district that offers wealthy businessmen fun, flirtation, and companionship.

The show is praise for Light the Night often applies to its rich ensemble of female characters, especially the two female leads and the all-star supporting roles.
However, the refined all elements of the visual imagery and cinematography make it fantastic run on hair style, costumes, settings from the screen. The Taiwanese hair dressers, make-up artists and film director’s had done their excellent resetting vintage and re-create jobs. It makes successfully a diverse fusion of Asian aesthetics to the projection of mass desire in mainstream media and meet the memory of Taiwanese societies.
The Netflix program, which premiered in November 2021, highlights the interpersonal relationships between Light’s staff and clientele. They fantastically showcase the glamorous 80s.
