What's the difference between conditioner and treatment?

In other words, a treatment is a deep conditioner because it has a lot more nourishment to offer your hair from the inside. A deep conditioner is a hair nourishing treatment, it is enriched with natural nourishing oils and do-good ingredients that work great on damaged and dry hair.
